Mama Q products do not contain gluten. We are very diligent in preventing the introduction of gluten-containing products into our facility to ensure the safety of our products. Additionally, we regularly send samples of our products to certified laboratories for testing to detect any presence of gluten. This ensures that our products are safe for consumption by anyone following a gluten-free diet.

 

Preservatives are chemicals added to food to extend its shelf life and prevent spoilage. However, studies show that long-term use of preservatives may be linked to health issues such as allergies, digestive problems, and even an increased risk of chronic diseases.

We are proud to say that Mama Q products are currently sold exclusively in Israel, but we are taking steps to start distributing our products internationally soon. In general, it is preferable not to freeze our products, as freezing can damage their texture and reduce their quality. However, if you incorporate Mama Q products into baked goods such as bourekas, croissants, or quiches before baking, then they can definitely be frozen. This way, our products preserve their quality and taste, giving you the same delicious experience even after freezing and baking.
